Don has over 30 year’s experience as a chartered accountant in the Cook
Islands, New Zealand, London, New York and Malaysia, and was made a
fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CAANZ) in
recognition for his service to the accounting profession.

Don is a tax specialist, and was previously a partner at two of the
world’s leading accounting firms.

His clients have included some of the largest corporates in New Zealand
and he has advised on the tax structuring, due diligence of acquisitions
and initial public offerings for a number of transactions including the
acquisition of Seequent by Bentley Systems for US$1.05 billion (making
it one of the largest deals in New Zealand in recent years).

Don provides advice to clients ranging from individuals and family
trusts through to large multi-national companies. He can help you with
any aspect of tax within the Cook Islands and New Zealand.
